She has worked across multiple regions including Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, and GCC manufacturing facilities, giving her a strong understanding of international business practices and regulatory environments.

Binara is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Professional with over 14 years of hands-on experience in managing the full spectrum of accounting and auditing functions, including statutory financial reporting, internal and external auditing, taxation, and financial and treasury management.

Dilshan is an ACA-qualified Audit Professional with 8 years of progressive experience, including 4.5 years in Big 4 firms (KPMG & PwC). He brings strong expertise in IFRS, ISA, and audit methodology with proven leadership in managing statutory audits, group consolidations, and multi-sector engagements across the UAE and South Asia.
